QHY miniCAM5-F-M QHY miniCAM5-F-M, cooled cmos camera with built-in 9 position color wheel. Multipurpose camera supporting deep space, and planetary imaging.
QHY miniCAM5-F-M has a 74% high-QE, 1.2mega pixel CMOS sensor, very suitable for capturing smaller objects like planetary nebulae, small galaxies, and globular clusters. If you have a short focal length OTA, it is also ideal for big, diffused nebulae. The miniCAM5F is a really mini camera, so it is excellent for building a compact imaging system. For example with a little mount as SW Star Adventurer.
The camera has full anti-moisture features, utilizing a built-in heater board to prevent moisture from forming on the CMOS chamber window, as well as the option to insert bundled silica gel tubes into the CMOS chamber when necessary.
Producing affordable, multi-purpose, and high-quality cameras have been our goal. QHYCCD hopes this camera will pleasantly surprise you during your astrophotography sessions.
