If you prefer to arrange the collection of your order through your own shipping company, simply choose the “Pickup by Your Own Shipping Company” option during checkout.

How to proceed:

Prepare for Collection: Once your order is ready for pickup, we will provide the exact package dimensions, weight, and available pickup times.
Shipping Labels & Pickup: You can generate the shipping labels and coordinate the pickup directly with your shipping company at the scheduled time. (If shipping labels are required, please send them to us in advance once we confirm the package details.)

Important Information:

🚀 Express Shipping Option: This method is ideal if you wish to use a faster shipping service, as we offer free standard shipping on orders over $300.
⏰ Timelines: Please note that preparing your order may take a few days. The exact timeframe depends on the products ordered, ranging from a few days to over a week. You will receive an update when your order is ready for collection.
📦 Responsibility: Once the package is collected, any issues related to transit, delays, or damages will be under the responsibility of your chosen shipping company.
